Data Privacy Act Compliance

winingplus fully complies with Republic Act No. 10173 — the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 — and its Implementing Rules and Regulations. Our data processing practices are registered with and subject to oversight by the National Privacy Commission (NPC) of the Philippines.

256-Bit Encryption

All personal data transmitted between your device and winingplus servers — including login credentials, payment details, and identity documents — is encrypted using TLS 1.3 with 256-bit encryption, the same security standard used by Philippine banks and financial institutions.

No Sale of Personal Data

winingplus does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for their own marketing or commercial purposes. Data shared with third parties is limited to what is operationally necessary (e.g., payment processors, identity verification) or legally required (e.g., PAGCOR, AMLC).

Your Rights as a Data Subject

Under the Philippine Data Privacy Act, you have the right to be informed, to access your data, to correct inaccurate data, to object to processing, to erasure (in applicable circumstances), and to file a complaint with the NPC. winingplus provides straightforward mechanisms to exercise each of these rights.

Clear Retention Periods

winingplus retains personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this Policy, or as required by Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations. Anti-money laundering legislation requires retention of certain transaction records for a minimum of five (5) years.

Breach Notification

In the event of a personal data breach that poses a real risk of serious harm to affected data subjects, winingplus will notify the National Privacy Commission within 72 hours of becoming aware of the breach, and will notify affected players without undue delay, as required under NPC Circular No. 16-03.
