These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the winingplus platform, including all gaming services, account features, promotions, and payment transactions available at winingplus.org. Please read this document carefully before registering an account or placing any wager. By accessing winingplus, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in full.
Age Requirement: 21+
Access to winingplus is strictly limited to individuals aged 21 years or older, in accordance with PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming in the Philippines. Age will be verified during the KYC process.
PAGCOR Authorization
winingplus operates under authorization granted by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). All gaming activities, transactions, and player protection obligations are governed by PAGCOR regulations and Philippine law.
Philippine Peso Transactions
All winingplus account balances, deposits, withdrawals, and bonus amounts are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Accepted payment channels include GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and UnionBank.
One Account Per Person
Each individual may hold only one active winingplus account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will result in permanent suspension of all accounts associated with the same individual, with balances forfeited pursuant to Section 4 of these Terms.
Philippine Residents Only
winingplus services are available to individuals physically located within the Philippines and permitted to participate in online gaming under applicable Philippine law. Access from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited is not permitted.
Terms May Be Updated
winingplus reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered account holders or via a platform notice. Continued use of winingplus following notification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Definitions
In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed below unless the context otherwise requires:

Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the winingplus Platform, creating an Account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, including any documents incorporated by reference, such as the winingplus Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.
If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the winingplus Platform. winingplus reserves the right to refuse access to any person who does not comply with these Terms or applicable Philippine law.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and winingplus. In the event of any dispute, these Terms, together with applicable PAGCOR regulations and Philippine law, govern the resolution of that dispute.
Eligibility Requirements
To register and maintain a winingplus Account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:
- You are at least 21 years of age, the minimum legal age for casino-style gambling in the Philippines as prescribed by PAGCOR;
- You are a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity);
- You are physically located within the Philippines, or are a Philippine citizen or resident accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is lawful;
- You are not a current employee, officer, director, or contractor of winingplus or any of its affiliates, subsidiaries, or gaming software providers;
- You are not accessing the Platform on behalf of any third party;
- You have not been self-excluded from winingplus or any other PAGCOR-regulated gaming platform;
- Your participation in online gaming does not violate any applicable law, regulation, or order binding upon you.
Age Restriction: Access to winingplus by any person under the age of 21 is strictly prohibited. winingplus actively enforces this restriction through KYC verification. Any Account found to have been registered by an individual below the age of 21 will be immediately closed, all balances will be forfeited, and the matter will be reported to PAGCOR as required by regulation.
Account Registration & KYC Verification
To access real-money gaming on winingplus, you must complete the registration process and provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name as it appears on your Philippine government-issued identification document, date of birth, residential address, and a valid Philippine mobile number.
One Account Policy: Each eligible individual is permitted to hold one (1) winingplus Account only. The opening or operation of duplicate, secondary, or linked Accounts by the same individual is prohibited. winingplus reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close any duplicate Accounts discovered, and to forfeit the balances of all duplicate Accounts without notice.
KYC Requirements: Before processing a first withdrawal, winingplus is legally required to verify your identity under PAGCOR regulation and the Anti-Money Laundering Act (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended). You will be required to submit a clear copy of at least one valid Philippine government-issued photo ID, which may include:
- Unified Multi-Purpose Identification Card (UMID)
- Philippine Passport
- Land Transportation Office Driver's License
- SSS ID / GSIS ID
- PhilHealth Identification Card
- Voter's ID or Voter's Certification
winingplus may request additional documentation to satisfy enhanced due diligence requirements for high-volume accounts or accounts flagged by our anti-money laundering monitoring systems. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in Account suspension.
Accuracy of Information: You warrant that all information provided to winingplus is accurate and truthful. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information in connection with Account registration or KYC is a material breach of these Terms and grounds for immediate Account termination and forfeiture of all balances.
Account Security & Password
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your winingplus login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passcode (OTP) sent to your registered mobile number. You must not disclose your login credentials to any third party, including family members.
All transactions completed using your Account credentials are deemed to have been authorized by you. winingplus shall not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to keep login credentials confidential, except in cases where such loss results directly from a security breach on winingplus systems.
You agree to notify winingplus support immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized access to your Account or if you suspect that your credentials have been compromised. winingplus will take reasonable steps to assist, which may include Account suspension and credential reset.
Deposits
Deposits to your winingplus Account must be made using the payment methods listed on the Platform at the time of transaction. Accepted methods currently include GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online, BDO, Metrobank, and UnionBank. This list may be updated from time to time at winingplus's discretion.
The minimum deposit is ₱500 per transaction. Maximum deposit limits may apply per payment method and may vary based on your account tier and verification status. winingplus does not charge a deposit fee; however, your payment provider may impose its own transaction charges.
All deposits must be funded from payment accounts registered in your own name. Deposits made from accounts belonging to third parties will be returned and may trigger enhanced due diligence procedures. winingplus reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit that it reasonably suspects to be fraudulent, unauthorized, or in violation of these Terms.
Deposited funds are credited to your winingplus wallet and become available for wagering once the transaction is confirmed by the payment provider. Deposit processing times vary by method but are typically immediate for GCash and PayMaya.
Withdrawals
You may request withdrawal of your Real Money Balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:
- Your Account has completed KYC verification;
- The withdrawal amount meets the minimum threshold of ₱200;
- There are no pending investigations, disputes, or holds on your Account;
- Any applicable wagering requirements attached to bonus credits have been satisfied;
- The withdrawal is directed to a payment account registered in your own name.
Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for deposits where technically feasible, as required under applicable anti-money laundering regulations. Where this is not possible, alternative verified withdrawal methods may be arranged through winingplus support.
Standard withdrawal processing times for verified accounts are as follows: GCash and PayMaya — within 15 minutes; bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank) — within one (1) Philippine banking business day. Processing times may be extended during periods of exceptional volume, system maintenance, or enhanced due diligence review.
winingplus reserves the right to delay or suspend withdrawal processing where it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of these Terms, pending investigation. All such cases are handled in compliance with PAGCOR requirements and applicable Philippine law.
Bonuses & Promotions
winingplus offers bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible Account Holders from time to time. Each promotion is governed by specific terms that are published alongside the offer. In the event of any conflict between specific promotion terms and these General Terms and Conditions, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
Wagering Requirements: All Bonus Credits awarded by winingplus are subject to wagering requirements before any portion of such credits, or winnings derived therefrom, may be withdrawn. Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, the standard wagering requirement is twenty times (20x) the bonus amount. For example, a ₱1,000 bonus requires ₱20,000 in total qualifying wagers before the bonus becomes withdrawable.
Bonus Abuse: winingplus actively monitors for bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: exploiting promotional terms through low-risk or arbitrage betting strategies, using multiple Accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, or coordinating with other players to meet wagering requirements artificially. Accounts found to have engaged in bonus abuse will have Bonus Credits and associated winnings forfeited without notice.
Withdrawal of Real Money Balance: Where a player holds both a Real Money Balance and Bonus Credits, withdrawals will be processed from the Real Money Balance first. Bonus Credits remaining after a withdrawal of the full Real Money Balance will continue to be subject to their applicable wagering requirements.
winingplus reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any bonus or promotional offer at any time. No promotional offer constitutes a contract between winingplus and any player unless the player has met all specified qualifying conditions.
Gaming Rules & Fairness
All games available on the winingplus Platform use software certified by independent third-party testing laboratories. Random Number Generator (RNG) systems are regularly audited to ensure that game outcomes are statistically random and fair. Published Return to Player (RTP) figures represent long-run theoretical return rates and do not guarantee outcomes for any individual session.
Game Rules: Each game hosted on winingplus is governed by the specific rules displayed within that game. In the event of any technical malfunction, disconnection, or game error, winingplus reserves the right to void the affected round(s) and return the wagered amount to the Player's account. Decisions made by winingplus in such circumstances are final.
Live Dealer Games: Outcomes in live dealer games are determined by physical events (card deals, roulette spins, dice rolls) as captured by live camera feeds. In the unlikely event of a dispute regarding a live game outcome, winingplus will review available footage and apply applicable game rules. The decision of winingplus following such a review is final and binding.
winingplus shall not be liable for any winnings or losses arising from your reliance on information, tips, or strategies obtained from third-party sources. Players are responsible for their own wagering decisions.
Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the winingplus Platform and constitutes grounds for immediate Account suspension and possible legal action:
- Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC, or any communication with winingplus;
- Accessing or attempting to access the Platform if you are under 21 years of age;
- Registering or operating more than one Account;
- Using the Platform for any form of money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime as defined under Philippine law;
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with any game or the Platform;
- Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in any game or Platform feature;
- Colluding with other players in any game, including but not limited to live poker or multiplayer formats;
- Engaging in chargebacks, payment reversals, or disputes with payment providers as a mechanism to withdraw winnings fraudulently;
- Harassing, threatening, or abusing winingplus staff, support agents, or other players;
- Attempting to circumvent any restriction, block, or suspension applied to your Account.
Important: winingplus reports suspected financial crimes, including money laundering and fraud, to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) of the Philippines as required under Republic Act No. 9160. Fraudulent activity may result in criminal referral in addition to Account termination.
Account Suspension & Termination
winingplus reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions;
- Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
- Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or prohibited conduct;
- Receipt of a direction from PAGCOR, a Philippine court, or other competent authority;
- Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months;
- Death or legal incapacity of the Account Holder.
Upon Account closure, any Real Money Balance remaining after deduction of bonus credits and any applicable adjustments arising from breach of these Terms will be returned to the Account Holder via the verified withdrawal method on file, subject to completion of any outstanding compliance checks. Where closure results from material breach, winingplus reserves the right to forfeit all balances as a consequence of that breach.
You may close your winingplus Account voluntarily at any time by contacting customer support. Voluntary closure does not affect any outstanding bonus wagering obligations or pending withdrawal requests at the time of closure.
Responsible Gaming
winingplus is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Account Holders. We recognise that gambling can become harmful for some individuals, and we take our obligations in this area seriously — both as a matter of ethical practice and as a PAGCOR regulatory requirement.
The following player protection tools are available to all winingplus Account Holders in the Account Settings section of the Platform:
- Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period.
- Loss Limits: Set maximum net loss thresholds per day, week, or month.
- Session Time Limits: Restrict the length of any single gaming session, with automatic logout upon expiry.
- Reality Check Notifications: Receive timed reminders during gaming sessions of how long you have been playing and your net position.
- Self-Exclusion: Request temporary (minimum 30 days) or permanent exclusion from the winingplus Platform. During any self-exclusion period, your Account will be suspended and you will be prohibited from re-registering.

Intellectual Property
All content on the winingplus Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, game software, data compilations, and the overall design and layout of the Platform — is the property of winingplus or its licensed content providers and is protected by Philippine and international intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the winingplus Platform for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not include the right to:
- Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Platform content;
- Modify, adapt, translate, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any Platform software or content;
- Use any winingplus trademark, trade name, or logo without prior written consent;
- Frame or mirror any portion of the Platform on any other website or platform.
Any unauthorized use of winingplus intellectual property may result in Account termination and legal action.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, winingplus and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for:
- Any loss of funds arising from your wagering decisions or outcomes of any game;
- Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform;
- Any interruption, suspension, or termination of Platform services due to scheduled or emergency maintenance, technical failure, or force majeure events, including natural disasters, government action, or telecommunications infrastructure failure;
- Any unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials;
- Any loss arising from inaccurate information provided by you during registration or KYC.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude winingplus's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including but not limited to the PAGCOR Charter (Presidential Decree No. 1869, as amended), the Anti-Money Laundering Act (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended), and the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the winingplus Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines. In the first instance, winingplus encourages resolution of disputes through its customer support channels — the majority of disputes can be resolved efficiently this way without recourse to formal legal proceedings.
For unresolved complaints relating to winingplus's conduct as a PAGCOR-authorized operator, players may also file a formal complaint with PAGCOR through PAGCOR's official channels in accordance with PAGCOR's player complaint procedures.
